– About the Founder
Eng. Ayman Mohamed Younes, Founder and CEO of Canar Engineering Designs, leads the firm with over 18 years of distinguished engineering and managerial experience. His professional journey began with a B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering from Menofia University (Class of 2006), followed by a career spent honing his expertise at prestigious consultancy firms and international corporations.
Eng. Ayman has held pivotal leadership roles, including Design & Technical Coordination Engineer at DPME, and contributing to massive international projects such as the King Abdullah Road Development (Tunnels Project) in Riyadh with Saudi Oger. Prior to founding Canar, he served as the Head of the Electrical Department at Serry Design, where he spearheaded the design and technical coordination for complex projects and established quality benchmarks for engineering teams.
His personal track record includes the oversight of notable Mega Projects, such as:
• Vodafone HQ, Maadi (15 floors).
• Etisalat HQ, Katameya (5 floors, 18,000 square meters).
• Blom Bank Main Building, New Cairo.
• Oil & Gas Headquarters (Eprom & Petroment).
• Hospitality Landmarks, including El Ain Bay Golf Resort Hotel, Ain Sokhna.
Eng. Ayman bridges the gap between specialized technical expertise in Power and Low Current systems and strategic executive skills in negotiation, Tendering (BOQ), and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
